Pay Range: A competitive compensation range, with Paid Overtime when required. $15.50 and up. D.O.E. Benefits: The ability to rise into other departments for greater pay and the responsibilities of doing more technically skilled work for our customers. Company Uniform Apparel: Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Coats are all issued by the Company as appropriate to the season. What qualifications do we need?: Valid Drivers License w/ a reasonably clean driving record. A desire to be involved in honest, full time employment. This is a physical job, are you ready? The ability to work with others in a team environment. Duties / Responsibilities: This entry level position will require: Landscape Maintenance duties such as Mowing, Line Trimming, Hard Edging, and Blowing debris from customer properties. Spring & Fall Cleanup (primarily raking of leaves and pine needles). Being the friendly face of Arborpro with the customers while on their property. Operate a variety of basic lawn equipment, after training of course, such as commercial walk behind mowers, ride along mid-size mowers, line trimmers, hard edgers, blowers, as well as the expected hand tools like rakes, shovels, etc. Assist with your Teams equipment maintenance under the supervision of your Crew Leader (checking oil, etc,). Performance of other duties, or assistance to other crews, as required.
