We are a small local company and we are expanding! We are looking for a site manager to support our DSP staff and to help enrich the lives of the people that we work with. The people we support have developmental disabilities and sometimes co-occurring mental health issues. They deserve to have people work with them in a caring and compassionate way while maintaining boundaries and focus. You must be ethical, punctual, patient, supportive and able to follow plans while being flexible. We are currently hiring 1 manager with the potential for a $1000 hiring bonus after 90 days of successful employment. This is a full time position. To qualify for employment you must also meet the following requirements: Over the age of 21 Must have a high school diploma or relevant similar education Pass a criminal FBI fingerprint background check Have a valid drivers license, a car and insurance Have experience working in a supported living agency Great references As of October 18th, the state of Washington requires you to be vaccinated or have an exemption.
