Residential Power washing and Woodwork Crew Lead

ColoradoNativeContracting LLC is looking for someone to lead the power washing and woodwork projects I have previously lined out. I am the owner of this company we are small but have a contract with a very large exterior paint company in which we need to fulfill 20-30 power washes and additional wood work weekly. I simply need someone who can work alone and stay focused and busy on a daily basis. I will line out each day with your 3-4 homes depending on the amount of woodwork per home. We do not get into serious carpentry it is little items such as trim, siding etc. I will provide training and this is a position in which you should have a certain comfort with power tools and being on a ladder. I am looking for a lead, at which time when I secure that person I will hire a second to create more productivity and give you a partner. I will provide all tools, gas card, full weekly schedule as well as bi-weekly pay. We can talk about a weekly pay option as well. Once I’ve secured this lead I am wanting to provide a work truck if you show me you are willing to stay and grow with me. I will need you to have a vehicle preferably a truck, as well as vehicle insurance and a cell phone with Email capability. You will be driving anywhere from Boulder to Castle rock, so a dependable vehicle is a must. I will group homes together on a day to make things doable and keep you within your 8 hour day. I am fully insured with work-mans comp as well as general liability. I do need a minimum of 40 hours a week from you.
