Rustic Renovations of WI LLC is looking to fill up to 3 positions for part/fulltime laborers. Experience is preferred but will train the right person who has a good motor. Jobs include: Small interior framing, drywall (hanging to sanding), deck work, interior/exterior painting. We will be working outside as much as possible during the summer and busy on interior jobs during the winter months. Work as many hours as you want, take as much time off as you like, just show up when you say you'll be there. We are very flexible and appreciate a solid life/work balance as much as anyone else. Starting pay depends on experience, having your own tools can add to that as well. After that you will receive regular reviews which will dictate pay increases. Your future pay will be a reflection of your effort and attitude. We are a small but growing company building a reputation on quality work and personal responsibility. We take our work very seriously but also prefer a light hearted approach to the daily grind. All work is within 25 min of Eau Claire, with most of it as close to or in EC as possible. Ideally one or two people will be capable of running their own small crews (2-3 people) at some point within 6 months or less.
