ALL ARVADA RESIDENTS WE NEED YOUR HELP! redT Homes is trying to raise support for rezoning our Howard Ranch project in Arvada. This is a 64 unit LiteHomes subdivision featuring a variety of home types, from single family, to duplex, to higher density cluster style homes. What we need right now is community support, and time is tight! redT has an opportunity to meet with Arvada City Council on June 6th to make our last pitch to move this project forward. We need bodies to be present at that meeting, but more importantly, we need letters of support from Arvada residents.
