Starting pay is $18/hr and quickly goes up as long as you are learning and have a great attitude. We also provide end of the year bonuses, and incentivized bonus/reward program that runs all year, random gifts for hard work, career advancement, in depth training, and incredible mentorship from our lead technicians and amazing production manager. Our schedule for this coming season will be five days on and two days off for all technicians with the choice to work Saturday if needed. Job Duties Include: Working on ladders and at heights Amazing customer service Driving work vehicles to and from job sites Using safety equipment Operating boom lifts Cleaning windows flawlessly Pressure washing Roof cleaning Soft washing Gutter cleaning Holiday light installation Keeping shop space clean and tidy Learning and growing everyday Our founder and CEO started this business to fund the love for living in an amazing city such as Austin, TX.
