Need Help with Putting Cart together

My father died August 2021, which was a blow to the family. Even though he was 79, we were not prepared. I did not know that before he passed, or was even diagnosed with being ill, he had purchased me a hotdog cart that was delivered after he passed. I had always talked about wanting one, and he was making it a surprise for the holidays. I was thrilled to have it, however, it came with assembly required, and I am not a handy person. My neighbor offered to help get it put together, but he is so busy with work that he hasn't had the time. It has been sitting in our garage waiting to get put together. If anyone knows of someone willing to help me with this for a fair cost, I would appreciate it. Since my father passed finances have been tight and we are hoping that getting the hotdog cart up and running will bring in the much needed money to support our household.
