I need a backup band for fall tour

I am looking for a band, preferably one that already plays together. I have CDs and charts of all the songs that I want to put into one person's hands and have that person be my musical director. It's never a hard-pressed tour and always fun. I do small resorts in and around beach communities, Branson, and other small resorts, some festivals, etc. The music is beach feel country with a pinch of Latin/Caribbean to it; just enough to make butts move, Instrumentation can work with nearly anything I get but I do need drums, bass, and guitar player to cover most noodling leads and second acoustic guitar. I'd love to find someone that could play the marimba but keys will suffice otherwise. most of the piano work is copping steel pan or marimba. I own a marimba already if someone can play it live. Usually, I do 2-3 weeks out and a week or two back and repeat that through the FL tourist season heading further south each time. Hotel stays - not van life... It's fun!
