Description

I’m not an old timer posting this . It’s just common sense. Most people move here in hopes they can do something with their music. Even someone who is serious can make a cut if they don’t have a YouTube channel, Spotify, or rough mixes in Pro Tools. What is the point in auditioning someone if you’re already demanding material upfront? Let this city get this through its skull: Demos WILL not and NEVER will be a substitute in a band situation for in person activity. We come here advertising a service or to find creative chemistry, not to apply for a country club. Unless you are in that position that you can be choosy, it gives off the first impression of being standoffish or snooty (again, country club mentality). This isn’t particularly exclusive to Nashville either but it’s where we are. Be more open next time someone replies to an opening, or wanting to start a project. It’s all I ask Peace.
