I need someone to look at a leaky rubber roof I have at a duplex I own in Appleton. I believe the decking is bad underneath as well, so it will need to be torn off and replaced. It's currently leaking through to the lower tenant's garage. One MUST have experience and I want it done at a reasonable rate. I always pay immediately via cash or Venmo..
