LOVING cat needs a new home!

This sweet and affectionate polydactyl, blonde tabby cat is looking for a new owner and home.  He was found in an abandoned house in Missoula and when we found him, he clearly had not eaten in quite some time.  He was discharged after spending a few nights at the vet and since then we have been fostering/nursing him back to health.  We have had him for almost two weeks now and I can tell you that he really is one of the most loving and people-oriented cats I have ever been around. Unfortunately, I have an allergy to cats and asthma so keeping him long-term is not very viable.  That said, we want to make sure he is re-homed to a very stable and loving home because he deserves a very loving and doting owner. The vet believes that he may have ingested mouse poison in the home where he was discovered and although he is very strong and able, he still has a bit of a wobble to his back legs due to a neurotoxin in the mouse poison.  This wobble has been fading during our time with him but I would guess that he will have a mild wobble with his hind legs forever.  Beyond that, the vet said his blood work came back okay and he appears to be fairly young and healthy.   He is litter trained and has actually been quite good with our two dogs.  He doesn't love them but rarely hisses and tolerates them quite a bit.  We have looked for "Lost Cat" postings everywhere and even did a "Found Cat" post ourselves.  Please email or text me if you have any interest in this sweet kitty or know someone who may be a good fit.
