found brinks lock and keys that fell out of truck

Around 8:45 AM, Tuesday, May 24, I was riding my scooter at N Main St and E St (next to Anytime Fitness). This lock and keys fell out of a pickup truck on to the highway while the truck was pulling out of W E St and turning left onto Main St (heading toward downtown Moscow)
