Encore Nationwide seeking Leads and Brand Ambassadors to work a fun event for Simply Good Jars at the Philadelphia Flower Show. You will support light set up, breakdown and product sales for Simply Good Jars at the Philadelphia Flower Show. Simply Good Jars are chef-made, ready to eat meals that are good for you and the planet. STAFFING CRITERIA: 1 Lead BA + 2 BAs per event day -Enthusiastic and well spoken -Comfortable selling product -Able to related to the sustainable, vegetarian/vegan population -Ideally familiar with Square -Client mandates staff must be vaccinated STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff training process -phone/virtual training (1 hour paid) -additional onsite training/direction On-site activation responsibilities: -Lead BA – POC for staff, breaks, timesheet and photos, work as a BA. -All staff – assist with daily light set up and breakdown (put flowers on tables, prep check out area, restocking salad in fridge), facilitate product sales via credit card Post-event recap needs -Lead BA – submit timesheet and photos to Encore -Lead BA – 15min add'l paid per event day for recap/photos (*outside of event hours listed) DATES/TIMES/LOCATION: Sat June 11 9:30AM-8:30PM Sun June 12 9:30AM-8:30PM Mon June 13 9:30AM-8:30PM Tue June 14 9:30AM-8:30PM Wed June 15 9:30AM-8:30PM Thu June 16 9:30AM-8:30PM Fri June 17 9:30AM-8:30PM Sat June 18 9:30AM-8:30PM Sun June 19 9:30AM-7:00PM FDR Park 1500 Pattison Ave Philadelphia, PA 19145 PARKING: Reimbursed if not complimentary onsite. ATTIRE: Please wear khaki or black shorts of an appropriate length (no athletic attire) and clean/presentable sneakers. A branded shirt will be provided.
