BC Music in Fort Walton Beach Will be hosting our kids music camp in the month of June. This is our first year hosting such an event and we anticipate A healthy group of kids to participate in this year‘s summer camp program. We will teach the fundamentals Music education on several different instruments such as piano, guitar, drums, Ukulele, Singing and much much more. The summer camp begins June 6 Monday through Friday 9 AM to 1 PM with lunch provided. We will run this the entire month of June. We are looking for volunteers and or paid staff to assist to help us through this very busy month. If you’re qualified to teach or if you know anything about any of the instruments listed above your help would be greatly appreciated. We also have opportunities if you’re looking for something more permanent and music education and we would highly consider bringing you a board as one of our teaching staff. Additionally we are offering paid staff up to $20 an hour with lunch provided. If you’re not a musician but you are in the field of education we welcome you as well any assistance is welcomed especially those who already work with kids. Our goal here is to give every child an opportunity to hear, Play, touch, feel, experience every single instrument that we will be teaching in our summer camp program. At the end of our program we hope to be able to bring these kids together and play music together as a band. It will obviously take a lot of work and coordination however we believe that it is possible and we are very hopeful for a very successful first year in our summer camp program.
