Looking for the person that outworks everyone else but gets paid the same as them. You still work hard and you pull the majority of the work load but don't get the appreciation. Don't be too prideful, that actually might be your coworker and not you. If you're certain it's you, you're the kind of person we want. You work hard for the sake of doing things to the best of your ability and you're not looking for the easy way out. You're just looking to be appreciated and get paid according to what you can get done instead of how long you show up. We are looking to hire someone like you(if that's you) and get you trained and educated in the fence world and installation of fence. Age isn't a big deal but it's all outside in the heat and there's plenty of manual labor involved and you have to be able to carry 80-120lbs over your shoulder or up onto a truck. If you DON'T like building something with your hands and working hard, we won't hire you. This is a tradesman training position that starts out around $40k a year. If you're already skilled, we could use you as a sub.
