Roach or Bedbug?

Dear people, I try to keep up with cleanliness and have done so for the better part of a decade. A neighbor moved in to the apt. nxt door and had actually mentioned they brought German cockroaches and bedbugs with them. My place now has the German roaches which I haven't seen before in this apt. I also saw a small bug the other evening on my bed, it was quite small and I killed it. I saw another this morning and killed and photographed it. Anyone up to help identify this thing? I'll be doing my best poisoning of my home,
