Brigadune is currently accepting applications for an open janitor / custodian position. Duties include emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, cleaning glass, securing doors, monitoring parking lot, lobby, hallways, grounds, and security cameras. Locking and securing doors. Replacing light bulbs. . Applicant must be able to communicate with guests, homeowners, manager, and fellow employees courteously and effectively and be able to assist them as needed. Must be self motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision. Applicants must be able to effectively handle water leaks, fire alarm, elevator outages, and other emergencies as required. And contact supervisor with any of the above issues. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour. Work hours are 10:30 p.m. till 6:30 a.m. Weekends and holidays are required. 40 hours a week will be offered. The right applicant will likely be given the opportunity to work full time. Full time employees receive holiday pay and vacation time.
