Training - $100.00 1st 30 days - $145.00 per route plus bonus(lbs and miles) After 30 days - $170.00 per route plus bonus(lbs and miles) After 1 year - $185.00 per route plus bonus(lbs and miles), Paid vacation, Health Insurance discount offered(optional). Position is responsible for executing and completing all assigned routes for the week. Compensation is based per route completed not per hour. Start time is between 2am-5am on most routes unless route states a specific start time. Position is responsible for servicing collection bins and cleaning area around bins to keep a clean presentation. Bins collect clothes, shoes, and other miscellaneous items. New hires are trained on how to service sites, operate truck and route reporting. After training is complete new hire starts getting bonus of $0.025 per lbs. after 4,500 Pounds, and $0.15 per mile after 400 miles. After 1 year of employment bonus changes to $0.03 per Lbs. after 4,500 Pounds, and $0.15 per mile after 400 miles. Average route collects 6,000-6,500lbs.(Can be higher or lower) We operate almost all year around with exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New year. We operate in cold, heat, rain, or dry weather. This position always has Sundays off and another day off during the week. Position is open for 4-5 routes a week whatever is most comfortable for employee(this is a tuff job). Extra routes can be given upon request. Days off and routes are consistent and rarely change week after week. Valid drivers license is required for the position. No need for commercial drivers license.
