Looking for someone local that can come to our farm to cook small personal Kosher Bison barbeque events that we want to do for potential clients of our KOSHER BISON MEATS kosher meats tend to already have some salt in them, so were looking ideally for someone with extensive experience with bison meat preferably. We want to have someone we can call to do small dinners at the farm to big events eventually and to special dinner events we want to do for small niche groups of people per small event 20-50 people for events and for personal small 1-2 potential clients dinners would be bout 5-10 per group. Also we will be wanting to setup sampling in certain super markets, all this will be great exposure for your talents and skills snice this is a very rare and unique opportunity. We want to create custom recipes and basic recipes for cooking our meats too along with live you tube videos of the cooking and teaching being done for all recipes. this is a long term consistent deal overall but for now, we are looking for someone asap to assist with private mid afternoon lunch event for about 10 people or less for tasking of our bison burgers and tenderloins barbeque Email me your background work you've done, referrals always good, resume, and availability time to interview and get paid at same time for the interview to create some samples to test your work.
