Wanted: Full-time employee for Product Preparation and Shipping Assistant position. We are searching for a full-time employee to fill a Product Preparation and Shipping Assistant position in the Raleigh area. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM with a 1 (one) hour lunch break. Weekends and select holidays off. Daily job duties will include: - Keeping the product prep area clean of debris. - Keeping all parts for orders organized. - Cleaning product with care and precision. - Painting, repairing and refurbishing products. - Keeping track of barcodes and serial numbers. - Taking photos of each item in an order. - Properly packaging items for shipment. - Documenting package weight and dimensions. Position may include the following when requested: - Assembling shelving for inventory, disposing of packing materials and other warehouse debris, and general warehouse upkeep. Job requirements: - Ability to follow inventory procedure. - Ability to climb up and down ladders/rolling steps. - Ability to work at distances of up to and including 10+ feet off the ground. - Ability to walk vast distances. - Ability to sit for a long period of time; Ability to stand for a long period of time. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to take and retain directions. - Able to handle a non-climate-controlled work environment throughout the NC seasons. - Must have your own mode of transportation. - Must be equipped for a warehouse environment, boots or heavy-duty sneakers only, no loafers/sandals/crocs/etc. Safety is our #1 priority. - Familiar with tools/power tools. - Knowledge of computers. - Punctuality. - Time Management. Hours: - 40hrs/wk at base hourly pay. Overtime available paid out at time and a half. PTO/Sick Leave: - 10 Days PTO and 6 Days Sick Leave Annually (accrued each pay period). - No health benefits offered at this time. - Small company workout room available for use during warehouse hours while off the clock (Treadmill, Bench Press, Free Weights, Squat Rack, Exercise Bands, Heavy Punching Bag).
