Description

This position is responsible for painting used industrial machinery. This will include cleaning, prepping, sanding and painting the machines ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Be able to use a paint sprayer, dual action sander • Lubricates and cleans parts, metal chips from machines prior to painting • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Must have knowledge and experience with most current technologies • Must have own “general” tools • Must be able to work any shift and weekends “if” needed • Rigging and hi-low experience EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma/GED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS AND ABILITIES) • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Experience: Auto painting: 1 year (Required)
