We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our community in Ann Arbor. Duties include completing work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance and general grounds and building maintenance. Experience with boiler heating system maintenance a plus!
On call hours are required (and compensated) on a rotated basis.
