Job Description: This position will entail working directly with clients and crews. You will be required to perform estimates and meet with a customer to determine a detailed scope of work. Prepare and present an estimate and close the job. Create a work order for our crews or subcontractors. Schedule all work. Order materials for jobs and ensure all tools and materials are on site. Ensure all work is being performed as specified in the scope of work. Keep daily project metrics to ensure projects are within margins. Collect final payments from clients and take final photos. Ask for referrals and reviews. Responsibilities Include: • Educating your potential customers of our process and the value we offer • Managing your customer pipeline and generating sales leads through referrals. • Answering detailed specific questions from homeowners • Providing detailed estimates • Ability to close jobs • Ability to schedule work and manage projects • Track project cost and profits on a daily basis • Keep good communication and feedback with customers, crews and office staff The Ideal Candidate: • Meets all minimum experience requirements • Has extensive painting knowledge • Has excellent customer service and communication skills • Has good computer skills with Microsoft Office & Excel • Has excellent and effective time management skills • Has the ability to work with minimal supervision • Has good organizational and problem-solving skills • Has magnificent work ethic and is a positive team player • Is looking for a long term position with a growing company. Requirements: • 5 Years project management (Required) • Driver's License (Required) • English Speaking (Required) • Professional references • Legal Resident, or U.S. Citizen with valid S.S. # • Must be clean cut and look professional. • Painting Experience Required (5 years minimum Preferred) • Power Washing Experience Required • Sales Experience Required (2 year minimum Preferred) • Ability to speak Spanish is desired Compensation Includes • $60K - $75K / year based on experience • Year-round work with weekly pay • Retirement plan with matching contributions • Company medical plan • Vacation • All work is located in Lake County
