McElfresh Farms is currently hiring a motivated farm worker to join our farm team for the 2022 season. We are looking for someone who is passionate about animals, food, farming and enthusiastic about cultivating food for their local community. This person should have a positive attitude, hard work ethic, a team mentality, and good references. Successful candidates will be able to handle the physical requirements of the farm. Duties may include: feeding livestock, mucking barns, operating tractors / loaders / mowers, barn construction/maintenance, hand weeding, hoeing, seeding, transplanting, harvesting, washing, and packing produce, working with others, and general farm maintenance. In addition, a willingness to work long days, and good physical health are required. Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday with the possibility of working some Friday's and Saturday's depending on farm needs. Shift: 9AM - 4PM
