Residential Construction Company looking for entry level laborer. We specialize in residential remodels and additions. Some general job responsibilities: Maintain a clean job site - cleaning debris, removing demo, organizing tools and materials Load and unload materials and equipment Demolish existing structures Framing (willing to train) Install residential doors and windows (willing to train) Accurately measure and cut materials using both hand and power tools Work collaboratively as part of a team Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation to job sites from La Jolla area up to Oceanside area. Hours are Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm. Pay is $20 an hour to start with paydays twice a month via direct deposit. Must be reliable, hard working, willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to lift 100 lbs with assistance.
