Janitorial / Handyman $17 Hour, 2nd Shift Sun City, CA Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 2.00pm to 10.30pm Janitorial and Maintenance Helper required for a Home Owners Association in Sun City, CA. JOB DUTIES and EXPERIENCE: • Keep the buildings and common areas in the community clean and in good repair • Clean offices, restrooms, hallways and common areas, dining areas. • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors. • Clean bathrooms to include stalls, sinks, floors, glass and fixtures, restock supplies. • General landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, keep exterior neat and tidy. • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and building maintenance and repairs. • Previous experience in building maintenance and repairs, handyman or Janitorial work • Willing to work indoors and outdoors as required.
