Reward for bringing home lost IRN

Please help my Indian Ring Neck Rico flew away yesterday 5/23 in the Jesmond Dene/Montreux area in Escondido California. He is green with black ring with a little bit of turquoise and pink by the ring around his neck. He is currently molting and you can see the new feathers sprouting at the top of his head. He says "hey buddy what are you doing" and has various whistles. He is friendly and will step on your hand, but won't let you grab him with your hands, please use a towel.
