Found yellow cockatiel

Description

I caught a yellow cockatiel in the Eastport Plaza parking lot. It had been attacked by crows, but I think it should recover. I took it to Dove Lewis and I believe they will transfer it to Multnomah County Animals Services. If you lost a yellow cockatiel check with either Dove Lewis or MCAS.
