Some fencing, make ready for move-in's, painting, maintenance repairs like plumbing, leaks, showers, sinks, etc. Trouble shooting various repairs, painting, new installs of appliance/dishwasher and or lighting. Some HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing functions. Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the property Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property Knowledge of air conditioning and heating system operation, Filters, WATER HEATERS, INSTALL BLINDS, HOURS (FULL TIME-PARTIME NEGOTIABLE) DAYS ONLY, NO WEEKENDS, NO EMERGENCY CALLOUTS WAGES NEGOTIABLE. (these are not apartments) Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation
