Tolleson Self Storage is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to work at our self-storage facility in the city of Tolleson. As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you will act as a crucial member of our team by striving to build positive experiences for our customers. (Sun, Mon, Tues) There will be regularly scheduled days, but our ideal candidate will have flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed. This position will require ability to cover all office and administrative duties on the manager’s off days, as well as tend to light maintenance and cleaning on the property grounds. We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals willing to collaborate with the Property Manager to increase income, streamline procedures, and keep up the physical condition of the property. Duties include: Fielding incoming phone calls and emails; Taking payments; Minimizing delinquency through consistent collection efforts; Store-level marketing; Showing and renting units; Light maintenance including cleaning units, landscape watering and weeding, and sweeping drive aisles.
