Making renovations on unoccupied apartment Wed May 24th. Location is downtown by Prisma Health Complex. Need an extra person to perform some sheetrock finishing (sanding/skimming), trim painting, install shoe moulding on floors, some clean-up, etc. Must be experienced and able to do quality work. Not looking for someone to learn on the job pls. (-: Materials provided and I have all tools needed. Base pay is $17/hr cash. Additional $$$ available if you're productive & do great work.
