Fully licensed and insured General Contractor established since 1997 is seeking experienced Framers, Carpenters, and Skilled Laborers to join our team. We are a full service General Contractor specializing in frame to finish additions, renovations, kitchens, baersthrooms, decks, and basements. Responsibilities: - Consistently demonstrating comprehension of skilled carpentry and an ability to accomplish related tasks proficiently and with minimal supervision, backtracking, or re-work - Setting a positive example for the jobsite team by actively supporting everyone on the crew, regardless of skill level. - Arriving at the jobsite on time, working within daily start and stop times, and taking break and lunch with crew - Taking initiative to solve project problems and maintain high standards - Supporting the Lead Carpenter in maintaining a clean and well-organized jobsite and ensuring personal, jobsite, and crew safety at all times - Ensuring good communication and prompt response to calls/texts/emails from others on our project team Ideal Candidates will possess the following skillsets: - Ability to layout and execute all aspects of framing - Operation of all required tools safely and efficiently - Execution of all phases of exterior siding and trim - Execution of all phases of interior trim installation - Door and window installation and flashing procedures - Hanging kitchen cabinets, including managing layout, leveling, troubleshooting, and room discrepancies - Installation of hardware and accessories - Setup, usage, and safety monitoring of all ladder, scaffold equipment Qualifications: - Minimum 3 yrs experience - Reliable vehicle and tools suitable for a professional carpenter - Sufficient strength to execute job duties - Comfortable on ladders and staging Compensation based on experience and skillset
