28 year old import / export company seeking full time person to fill a position in our port newark location : supervise all inbound containers supervise all outbound containers / flatbeds manage staff and be a leader our customers need must have experience, willing to get your hands dirty once in a while, help on the forklift, open and close the building. manage your staff and work flow, keep dispatch in the loop of all empty containers avail for port return., work with our customer service team to ensure drivers are loaded quickly and with proper cargo. self motivate person who thinks beyond what he / she is told to do.
