Custodian Worker SUMMARY Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Maintenance: ● Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees. ● Sweeps and mops technician stalls, service department and body shop floors, showroom, halls, high traffic areas and vending areas. ● Clean public restrooms, refill paper and soap products, in customer area/service. ● Cleans all showroom vehicles and displays daily. ● Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary. ● Custodian cleans and maintains all forklift, power equipment, yard equipment and supplies. ● Assists technicians with oil and water spills and with emptying drain tubs. ● Other custodial and cleaning maintenance tasks as assigned. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Less than High School education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
