Found lady's small wallet

I found a small lady's wallet this am. Found it near University and Alexander st. It was approximately 6 am when I found it. It has 3 credit cards, insurance card, and drivers license. There was not any cash in it. I hope somebody sees this and then I can give it to whoever lost it.
