Service starts no earlier than 7pm, per the apartment community timeline. A pick-up truck is VERY encouaraged at this property. It should cut your work time down significantly. The job is simple - go through each floor of each interior/air conditioned building (with elevators - virtually no stairs are involved) and put the residents' trash bags into our provided cart. When the cart is full, take the bags to the compactor, throw them in and run it. Report any issues the apartment should know about via photos (2 to 8 picture per night, on average). That's it - work at your own pace, and make extra money to reach your financial goals on a 1099 as a self-employed contractor. Be your own boss, work unsupervised but do a GREAT job!
