We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing COVID awareness advocates who has effective communication skills and is a team player. As a COVID awareness advocate, you will inform people in public and in other settings on the importance and safety of getting regularly tested for COVID. If necessary, you will conduct COVID testing to individuals who would like to be tested, and report the results to the patient, the company, and state / Federal public health agencies. Responsibilities • Serve as the advocate for and the voice of the customer on programs/projects within company • Provide care coordination to community patients • Linking clients to community resources • Coordinating the clinical care team • Make appropriate referrals to external community providers • Conduct COVID testing in for the community
