Our employee-partners enjoy: Competitive Pay No weekends Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays 401(k), Profit Sharing, & Employee Stock Ownership Program Career Advancement Opportunities   Requirements: Must be 18 years of older Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English HS Diploma or GED preferred Garment Hanger/Inspector Responsibilities: 1st Shift: M-F, 6am-2:30pm, $15/hr +up to $3/hr incentive 2nd Shift: M-F, 2:30pm-11pm, $15.50/hr +up to $3/hr incentive Safely putting customer garments on hangers to be sent into the steam tunnel for pressing. Visually inspecting all garments for proactive repairing, such as holes, tears or damaged zippers. Garment Hanger/Inspector Responsibilities: 1st Shift: M-F, 6am-2:30pm, $15/hr 2nd Shift: M-F, 2:30pm-11pm, $15.50/hr Safely sorting and organizing uniform shirts and pants numerically in order of sequence on the garment I.D. tape to prevent mixed bundles of customer clothes. Stockroom Garment Grader: 1st Shift: M-F, $15/hr Safely examining used garments and rating them on their long-term usefulness for customers in accordance with location policies and standards. Loader/Unloader Responsibilities: Loader/Unloader: 2nd Shift: M-F, $17/hr Safely driving the trucks around the lot and loading and unloading the uniform garments and/or additional facility services products into and out of company trucks.   Cintas leads the industry in supplying corporate identity uniform programs, providing entrance and logo mats, restroom supplies, promotional products, first aid, safety, and fire protection products and services.
