Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO properties. Looking for coverage for properties on Oahu. Coverage of limited areas on the island is acceptable. Work includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. We have a specific need for the following services at a Kaneohe condo asset: changing knob lock, installing a lockbox, documenting the property with photos, and photo submission. This could lead to additional approved bid work for the asset (landscaping, sales clean, etc.) Fuel charges can be factored into bid. The ability to take large batches of digital photos and compress / send via mediums such as Dropbox, Google Photos, or emailed zip files is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance. Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration. An ABC# may be mandatory for some portfolios. Must possess device capable of taking date/time stamped photos.
