Band Rehearsal Space Available

We are a professional band that has a large, comfortable rehearsal space that we would like to share. We find having our own space is better than one of those commercial rental spots with all their rules and restrictions. Our band rehearses on Thursday evening. We are looking for another band that would like to take a different night of the week, or maybe a weekend spot. Rehearsal times must be after 6pm Mon-Sat since the space in a commercial building. Sunday is open all day. We already have a PA set up to use as well as a guitar cabinet, bass cabinet and a Pearl 5 piece drum set with two crashes, a ride, a splash - all Zildjian Custom A. We ask that guitarists bring their own head to use with our cabinets. Or you can bring your own stuff in and out. Storing all your gear there is not an option. We are on the second floor but right next to the elevator. Easy in and out. The main room is around 500 sq ft. There is also a small meeting area and "kitchenette" with fridge and microwave. There is also a private bathroom within the unit. Monthly fee would be $400 for a specific night of the week, every week. Some exceptions can be made if you need a different night once in a while, assuming it is available, but the goal is to avoid a scheduling process by just committing to the one, same night per week.
