We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time, part-time and On-call Sweeper Truck Operator. This person will assist in providing service to retail establishment. This person will be required to take vehicle and equipment training, which is required to perform sweeping services. This work is physically demanding and labor intensive yet rewarding as you will be providing cleanliness and safety to our customer lots. Most work is performed during the "GRAVEYARD SHIFT" at night or early morning. We are searching for a team­ player who honest, trustworthy, dependable, and will be energetic and innovative in this position, as there is much opportunity for growth within the organization. Responsibilities: • Work independently and provide on-site sweeper services on a set and on-demand schedule. • Be the primary customer interface while on site, exhibiting courtesy, professionalism an ensuring all customer issues are addressed. • Sweeping of designated commercial lots. • Blowing of sidewalks and walkways. • Changing trash receptacles. • Keep supplied Sweeper Truck in clean condition. • Utilize mobile technology applications to complete service ticket s, monitor timekeeping, submit reports, and manage expenses. • Maintain and report any deficiencies of equipment. • Produce timely and detailed service reports. • Keep vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment). • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • High school diploma or GED (required). • A current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required • Minimum of 1 year Sweeper Truck Operator or a minimum of 4 years heavy equipment operation experience. • Must have a flexible schedule to work nights and earl y mornings (when client serviced locations are typically closed). • Must be able to diagnose and trouble-shoot technical and equipment functions. • Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. • Self-motivated and responsible • Must have time management skills. • Must be a team-player who interacts well with the team. • Must pass a criminal background and DMV record check Again, this is a graveyard position.
