Asset Defense is a large National provider of grass cut services for distressed properties as well as our investor acquired assets. We have an open position currently in Birmingham and the neighboring counties. Our properties are cut weekly and at this time, there are approximately 125-140 properties weekly, in this area, that will need ongoing service. Servicers will use a mobile app that the provider will utilize in the field while completing jobs and select photos, which will be explained after hire, that will be needed to ensure payment for each job. This is a ongoing system that we are looking to add a partner in this area to handle all of our lawns we have and gain weekly. This isn't a part time here and then gone situation.
