ISO medium to large dog

Hey everyone! My fiancé and I are on the lookout for a dog to bring into our home. We want a medium to large breed (ie German shepherds, etc) so we can have them trained to be a service animal for his mobility issues and to task for heart stuff. We do also have two cats with us so we’re looking for a dog that is comfortable / good with cats and then also potentially other dogs. We’re willing to pay a rehoming fee if needed, but if it’s not too much to ask - would also appreciate it if the dog came with food bowls, a crate, etc. (though not necessary)
