Learn about French culture through food preparation
Food and music are powerful vehicles for storytelling. This is true both for individuals and at the collective level. Food and the music we listen to are who we are, where we come from, how we live, what we believe, and who we will become. Our biographies are condensed into dishes and bites, lyrics, and songs, all lyrically garnishing our stories while delighting the senses.
Join us on the Last Sunday of the month from 2 PM-4 PM where we will feature a different person/family. On May 29th, NUNU will feature Allan Hospital, Alexandre Dias and Thomas Pegheon from Central France.
They will prepare a French a late lunch starting with avocado salad and shrimp with goat cheese toast. For the main meal, it will be a rooster with red wine sauce. And to finish, a rum baba and Chocolate mousse.
