SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests: On May 17 at 3:59 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. On May 18 at 11:42 a.m., the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Sondy Polanco of Secaucus, NJ at Secaucus Police Headquarters for Falsification of a Firearms Application [2C:39-10C]. Polanco was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. On May 18 at 4:44 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Ronny Alvarez-Edwards of Paterson, NJ for Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. Alvarez-Edwards was issued his complaint summons along with three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On May 19 at 6:45 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old male of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Tinton Falls, NJ in the amount of $500. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. On May 19 at 10:08 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle parked in the parking lot of 250 Harmon Meadow Boulevard that was believed to be disabled. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old male, Marque Williams of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Pennsylvania with no bail. Williams was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. On May 20 at 12:39 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police Department arrested a 49-year-old female, Clara Loeffelman of Saddle Brook, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the United States Marshall Service with no bail. Loeffelman was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Loeffelman was issued her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. On May 20 at 11:19 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Rossi Clifton, of the Bronx, NY for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for having in his possession a license plate reported stolen out of New York. Clifton was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. On May 21 at 10:11 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Secaucus Road on a report of a suspicious person on the Department of Public Works property. The police were able to locate the involved party in the area of Secaucus Road and County Avenue. During the investigation, the police arrested a 44-year-old male of New York, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150. Newark released him on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.
