Bichon toy poodle mix for rehoming

I am looking to rehome our 5 month old bichon/toy poodle mix. He is microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. He will come with food, bed, crate, and all paperwork. Rehoming fee is $600. That is not at all negotiable. Great with kids all he does is roll over so you can rub his belly, or he will lick you all over. He is 90% Pee pad trained but as he is a puppy he still has accidents. He likes to go for walks and he is finally‘s. He just needs to be fenced in if you will have him off the leash as he may roam. We have a crate but he does not like to go in it and I have never forced him to. He only barks when people are coming to the door. So sweet but we just don’t have enough time with him as I’m being forced to go back in office. There is a dog that looks similar to him that is missing, this is not him. My dog is only 5 months and again I have all vet records. Again rehoming fee is $600. I spent 3x that to get him.
