Description

• General building and facilities maintenance to include building upkeep, maintenance, and housekeeping duties of assisted living building which includes painting, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment. • Replacement of light bulbs, ballasts, and other lighting needs • Moving of furniture • Floor care • Maintain agency cleaning/building supplies and paper products. • Assist with keeping building and grounds cleaned & maintained. • Drive residents to medical appointment and pick up maintenance supplies • Assist with facility functions • Assist with Life Safety Inspections and requirements • Performs other duties as assigned Benefits: (Full-time Employee Only, Waiting apply) • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Qualifications: • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment • Ability to lift up to 50lbs required • Basic knowledge of building and facilities maintenance • Good problem solving and organizational skills • Effective communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to work effectively with a variety of people • Valid driver’s license and good driving record • Driver's License (Preferred)
