Press release from the Town of Plymouth: May 20, 2022 The Town of Plymouth's Department of Public Works ("DPW") seeks to notify residents and visitors that, beginning Monday, May 23, 2022, paving contractor TL Edwards will begin on the reclaiming, leveling, and paving of the roadway surface of Hilltop Avenue and Pearl Street. Barring inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances, work is expected to take place between Monday, May 23rd and Friday, May 27th, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. During the schedule work, the DPW and the contractor will make every effort to keep traffic flowing in both directions, but detours may be required. In such Instances, DPW will work with the contractor and the Plymouth Police Department's detail officers on the placement of barrels and detour signage, to keep traffic flowing as smoothly as possible. The public advised to drive with caution and plan for traffic delays and temporary access and restrictions. The Town appreciates the community's patience during this important roadway improvement project.
