Discover the magic of laser cutting your own acrylic jewelry! Join us for our Acrylic Jewelry Workshop at OC’s largest DIY Makerspace, Urban Workshop, located in Costa Mesa, CA. We’ve got a fun filled afternoon planned out for our fellow DIY-ers and craft lovers. Bring a loved one with you and let’s get crafty! This workshop will include hands-on experience designing and cutting out your very own laser cut acrylic earrings or necklace(s). We will go over the best approaches to designing your jewelry, creating the right file using Adobe Capture and CorelDraw and discover the magic of the Epilog Laser Machine to cut and etch acrylic. You will have the choice of making 1 pair of earrings or 2 necklaces. This workshop will be a great chance to learn a new craft, meet some other crafters and of course, take home some custom acrylic jewelry! No experience necessary, beginners are welcome.
