Charlottesville based Landscape Design/Build company is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and/or Lead Hand. Full-time and Part-time available. Working knowledge of horticultural practices, mower/maintenance equipment upkeep, procedures (plant requirements, pruning, weeding, seasonal land care, etc.) is a must. Must be willing to work hard and diligently (with or without supervision). Must take pride in what you do. Must have your own transportation to/from work. Job Responsibilities:
Lead 1-2 man team and professionally conduct yourself with clientele. Operate mowing and landscape equipment in professional manner + oversee/perform pruning, fertilization and general landscape maintenance tasks. Mid-Large sized properties to be expected.
